Jesus calls...

Jesus calls Christian families. He accompanies them and calls them into the proclamation. Do you mean you?

We see that Jesus continually encourages families to become a FamilyHome. In faith and trust they open their doors to build God's kingdom here on earth.
Through this step, the families will be blessed by God in many ways. A home is created for everyone, where heaven and earth meet and everyone finds their own shoes:

  • A prayer room will be set up in the houses. God and prayer are given more space, a closer bond to God develops in the family, God can work in the family.

  • Knowing talents and living them out brings joy and satisfaction to families. Life becomes full and rich.

  • Opening up and becoming a hostel enables valuable and diverse encounters. New and different people enrich family life, broaden horizons, and become a witness to God.

Are you looking to live connection?

You are part of God's family. You invest your life in awakening faith in people. You believe that God can make the impossible possible.

Connection to God

  • You live in hunger for God's presence.

  • You seek God in your place of intimacy - in the prayer room of the house.

  • The Word of God accompanies you in everyday life.

Connection to yourself

  • You are ready to grow within. You are on the way - God is the potter, you are the clay.

  • You seek God in your actions. Your goal is to follow God's path.

  • You practice humility and kindness.

  • You serve one another to grow in faith.

  • You are ready to build the kingdom of God with your talents and invest yourself.

  • You share the table with the guests.

  • If possible, take part in the annual “get together”.

  • You pray for the houses and the people.

  • You are ready to be educated by the community.

How does the recording work?

If you want to join the network and set up a new FamilyHome, a common process begins: The “new” house visits the “mother house” and vice versa. We get to know each other and exchange ideas about what our everyday lives look like in connection with God. We ensure that a common spiritual level is built. At the same time we talk about the organizational issues of a FamilyHome:

  • Is there a prayer room and what does it look like?

  • Is there a guest room?

  • What is the talent of the house?

  • What does a FamilyHome look like in practice? What does the family say?

  • What does a FamilyHome mean in financial terms?

  • Where do you still need support, clarification or help?

Maybe you would like to visit one or two existing FamilyHomes, get to know the people and experience God's blessing? At some point both sides are ready. Together we prepare text and images and make the new FamilyHome visible: online, offline and above ground. When we become visible, we confess. Committing yourself is challenging, exciting and blessed. Are you there? — If you are interested or have any questions: write us an email to muenchen[at]familyhomes.services!
