Hosts Ingrid and Edi
A warm welcome from Ingrid and Edi on our small organic farm, somewhat remote on the outskirts of town. Edi was born on the farm. As a trained carpenter, he works as a salesman and measurement technician in a building materials store. Ingrid works in the fashion industry. Both work part-time. At home they are active in the garden, on the farm and in the forest. There is always something to do for both of them in God's wonderful creation.
Edi completed his Bible studies in 2021. Ingrid is a specialist in nutrition and home economics. In your free time you can ride your e-bike or go hiking in the beautiful surroundings.
House & Vicinity
The organic farm is somewhat remote on the edge of the forest. Ingrid and Edi live on the ground floor. Our prayer room and guest area are located on the upper floor. The property also includes a stable, barns, a fishing pond and happy chickens. The pastures border the garden and nearby woodland and are home to Scottish Highland cattle. A chapel in the forest invites you to pray and relax. Ingrid and Edi's daughter lives in the house next door with her husband and their three daughters.
The Bavarian Forest, the Upper Palatinate Forest and the cities of Regensburg, Schwandorf, Straubing and Cham offer attractive excursion and shopping opportunities as well as places of pilgrimage.
Prayer room
The prayer room is on the upper floor. This is accessible to you at any time. We are happy to take time for prayer and praise together. Once a week there is also a prayer meeting with friends, to which you are cordially invited.

Room & Kitchen
Your bedroom and living room is located on the upper floor next to the prayer room. Up to two people can live here. It has a private balcony. Your bathroom with toilet and your kitchen with dining area are on the same floor. Our fitness room can also be used.
Talents & Offers
On our organic farm there are many opportunities to meet God our Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit and to be very close to His creation. Whether it's walking in the forest, cycling in the area, relaxing while watching the cattle and chickens or even working on the farm. Depending on the season and the weather, there is always something to do here.
We would also be happy to spend time with you eating together and having personal conversations about God and his world.

Cost
Each guest should give an amount that corresponds to their abilities and their heart. You can therefore determine your own amount within a range:

Adults minimum €40 to maximum €80 per person per night.

Arrival and inquiry
Before you arrive, we ask you to consider the following: We neither meet the requirements of an anonymous hotel, nor those of a therapeutic facility or a nursing home. We want to ensure positive interaction during your stay. We therefore ask you to discuss any restrictions you may have with us. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your desired stay prematurely.
There is free parking available for those arriving by car. Our FamilyHome can also be reached by public transport. The nearest train station is Regensburg. Please arrange the transfer to the FamilyHome with the hosts. The travel costs are €30 (round trip).
